Fast & Easy Chicken Pasta Salad

Marinade 2-3 chicken breasts in Italian dressing for an hour.
Broil chicken at 500 in broiler pan 8 minutes on each side.
Make Suddenly Salad according to package. Dice chicken and add to salad along with chopped cucumbers or other veggies.
Enjoy!

The broiler is a God-send! Not only can you make a super yummy and juicy dinner, it's quick!

Meet Tommie

I'm a stay-at-home mom of a 5-year-old, 3-year-old, and 5-month-old baby. Time is valuable and scarce! While I like to make a really elaborate meal, I usually have to do this with extra help to occupy the littles. I'll save elaborate for weekends and holidays and keep the easy going all week long.

Easy means different things to me:

· *It's not rocket science to get a healthy and yummy meal on the table for my family

· *It doesn't take hours and hours of prep to get it together

· *My 3 and 5 year old kiddos can help with at least some part of the prep work

· *I can pull from my stash of staples and whip something up in a pinch if needed

I love that my husband thinks its "sexy" when he comes home and I'm covered in flower. He said it means I've made "something goooood!"

Meet Nichole

I am a stay-at-home mama of 1 and one on the way due Christmas. My passion is food, I love to eat it, create it, cook it, shop for it and talk about it. Next to being a mother, I am at my happiest when I am in the kitchen creating, sharing and teaching recipes to friends and family.
